Catherine is a professionally trained, experienced and certified life coach who can help you reach your goals, dreams and if needed changes in your career and personal life. She uses a step-by-step, gentle, encouraging approach to uncover your true talents, discover any barriers that may be holding you back, or walk you through to discover the real ‘You’. She will work with you to help you determine what is most important, what you can let go of, to identify what may be holding you back, help you recognize your strengths, and set you on a path you never dreamed was possible before.
Catherine has been through loss, grief and just a few years ago, a near death experience, which in turn has made her even more determined and a stronger person not in spite of it, but because of it.

Through her life experience she has become a seasoned artist, is a natural born teacher/facilitator, is trained in human resources and as an employment specialist, a mentor, a coach, a friend, a confidante, a spiritual meditation leader, a

volunteer, a strong member of her community and a supporter for those less fortunate.

Having experienced the need to walk through several adverse life experiences, she has developed the gift of internal and spiritual strength to overcome any hurdle blocking her way. She desires to assist you in the same way, so you too can learn to overcome any obstacle you are facing. Doing so will ultimately lead you to radical success, both personally and professionally.
