‘Wild Relaxation’ from February 1, 2014
Have used the breathing exercise already this morning. A few people here at work are “walking clouds of doom”. Instantly makes my stomach muscles tense. Am envisioning and smelling fresh mountain air to dispel those clouds. :)) Great fun!
